Shipping policy

Once you have placed your order online we will take between 1 and 3 days to process your order and have it collected by one of our delivery partners.  You will receive a notification email once your order has been collected and is on its way to you.  Most deliveries happen within 1-3 days, but can take longer if you are in an outlying area or not in SA.  

If you need an urgent delivery please confirm this is possible with us before placing your order.  Overnight or same day deliveries are sometimes possible from Monday to Thursday depending on your area.
